Loop 1 · Steps 01–04
The Research Loop
Ask questions that return the same shape every time — that's what makes them schedulable. Every answer below is assembled live from markets, derivatives, on-chain flow, predictions and narrative feeds.
Pick a question. Answers are live and structured — the same shape every run, which is what lets the desk schedule them (step 09).
These are deterministic research programs over live public feeds (Binance spot + futures, Polymarket Gamma + tape, Hacker News) — structured like an analyst's read, honest about being models. Step 01–02 outputs auto-refresh every desk cycle.
Loop 2 · Steps 05–08
The Strategy Loop
A thesis becomes a spec, the spec gets backtested on real history with fees, and nothing goes live until the out-of-sample data and the paper run say yes.

08 · The gate — five checks before paper
·Run a backtest to evaluate the gate.
Backtests replay real exchange history (last 1,000 bars) with taker fees + slippage modeled at 14bps per round trip and intrabar stop/target fills. The final 30% of bars are held out-of-sample. A backtest is a promise — paper trading is the receipt.
Loop 3 · Steps 09–12
The Execution Loop
Workflows watch the market on a schedule. They start alerts-only and earn the right to act. Autopilot runs the proven strategies with mandatory TP/SL, a trailing stop and a hard equity floor.
